CATS International is an internationally renowned  consultancy specialising in training and development in business control, risk management, internal audit and corporate governance. Our aim is to help organisations in the public, private and voluntary sectors to maintain and advance standards of audit, accountability and management. Since its establishment in 1986 by Keith Wade, its Director, CATS has designed and delivered over 450 in-house and open courses throughout the world, and has become recognised as one of the foremost training and consultancy organisations in the field. In the past 5 years, delegates from over 500 organisations have attended CATS' training events, and we have worked with governments, companies, professional bodies and other organisations in over 35 countries.

CATS is based in Sevenoaks, UK, but operates world-wide.

Our staff and associates include leading academics, consultants with international reputations, practitioners who are recognised experts in their fields, and those who hold high office with the relevant professional bodies. Its founder, Keith Wade, has over 25 year's international experience as lecturer, consultant, trainer and professional adviser in internal auditing and business control.

We provide training and consultancy services in all aspects of audit, control, risk management and governance. We demonstrate that audit and control cover all levels and facets of business and are certainly not confined to finance, compliance and the mundane. We show that audit can be useful - and enjoyable. We are not just course providers. We are experts in the field, and over the years we have made significant impact on the way internal audit units function, professional standards are set, and auditors go about their day-to-day tasks.
