Our Trainers and Consultants
CATS International uses
carefully selected Associates to help in the design and delivery of courses and
projects. They include both specialist consultants and working practitioners, so
that the combination of skills and experience in audit, management, IT, finance,
risk assessment and other areas means that we never
lose sight of the practicalities of the real world and the issues
of the moment. The company’s Director and many of our Associates are
internationally renowned as authorities in the field.
We also have partnerships with other consultancies.
In particular we work with ETD (Effective Training and
Development) in helping staff to enhance their personal and group skills and
confidence in facilitation, communication, influencing and other areas, and with
MindGrove Training in providing training, guidance and support in
introducing, improving and auditing IT systems, and delivering audit training in
innovative ways.
Training Provided with Other
Institutions
Over the years CATS has worked with a number of institutions,
agencies and other consultancy organisations. We have designed and organised
courses and presented sessions for the European Commission, IIA UK & Ireland and
the overseas chapters of IIA Inc, business schools and universities,
professional accountancy institutes, local audit groups and many other bodies.
We are also often involved in the design and delivery of major conferences and
seminars throughout the world.
For 2002,
we have developed an integrated modular training programme for the Kent Audit
Group, providing training in local authority internal audit and the
implementation of the CIPFA Code of Practice.
Internal
Audit Worldwide
This consortium of top-flight consultants and organisations
was founded by Keith Wade in January 1999, to offer consultancy,
development and training services throughout the world.
It comprises the best specialists in the field: together we
can offer the full range of audit services – anywhere they
are required. These services include the supply of audit
resources as required, assistance in the transformation and
reinvigoration of audit functions, advice on participation
in risk management initiatives, the provision of specialist
IT audit and security services, and related matters.
