COMPUTER AUDIT SKILLS
More than half of all
information security breaches originate from within the enterprise. IT security
is a continuous, risk-managed process and an effective internal auditor examines
all aspects of operations and assets considering the key requirement of
information survivability.
This one-week course,
organised by Crown
Agents in association with CATS International, is designed to provide guidance on how to audit the key
aspects and most critical risks of standard computer systems, no matter what the
hardware, software or environment.
Who is the course for?
This course will suit all auditors with a basic
knowledge of information technology but little or no experience, who are
responsible for performing audits of existing or developing information systems,
data processing operations and/or disaster recovery/business resumption
planning.
