BUSINESS RISK MANAGEMENT

This course is for auditors and managers – or anyone in any sector charged with the task of establishing, directing, evaluating or participating in risk management projects and systems. We explain why risk management is important, remove the hype, and give sensible advice on how to help develop risk management programmes, identify critical risks, use the latest techniques to evaluate their likelihood and impact, establish appropriate risk mitigation strategies – and review the entire process.
