| CATS MERGER
WITH KINGDOM MANAGEMENT LIMITED
In April 2006, CATS merged with Kingdom Management
Limited (KML). CATS and KML have worked together on
many projects over the years and haved cemented their
relationship although CATS will retain a separate identity
within KML. The merger will provide the opportunity
for increasing CATS’ level and range of services
by having access to a larger pool of trainers, consultants,
materials, expertise and other resources.
Both organisations are committed to providing top quality,
practical training and professional consultancy services
delivered with flair, imagination and authority in the
fields of
· internal audit
· risk management
· business control and
· governance.
Led by Peter Ashwell, KML has built its reputation
for excellence in servicing many well-known private
sector organisations and running a variety of courses
worldwide, covering in addition fraud investigation,
and health, safety and environmental audit training
in its portfolio. This is a good fit with CATS’
own client base of commercial and public service enterprises,
and our long association with leading professional bodies,
NGOs, and local and national government entities around
the world.
The merger provides a unique opportunity to further
develop our range of courses and services in the form
of
· In-house training
· Open courses
· Tailored modular programmes
· Health-checks and
· Other consultancy activities.
Both organisations believe in providing training and
advice with an international perspective but tailored
for local needs.
Keith Wade, currently director of CATS International,
has become a Director of KML, and as well as having
this strategic role will retain specific responsibility
for CATS’ activities. The administration of CATS’
affairs was transferred from our present Tonbridge office
as from 1 April. A revamped CATS web-site will shortly
contain all the contact details, and thereafter a new
combined site will include information about our schedule
for 2006 and the courses and services available around
the world.
Naturally if you have any queries, wish to discuss
any aspect of this development or have an enquiry about
our current and planned activities, please do not hesitate
to contact us by email train@catsint.co.uk
or telephone CATS on our direct line +44(0)1732 760216.
